About the speakers: Vera Trappmann is Professor of Comparative Employment Relations, and Director of Sustainability at Leeds University Business School. Her research engages with the comparison of labour relations across Europe. Vera’s main research interests focus on the dynamics of organisational restructuring and its impact on working biographies, and organised labour. 

Dr Zlatko Bodrožić is a Lecturer in Technology, Organisation and Sustainability at Leeds University Business School. Zlatko's research focuses on the evolution of technologies, organisational paradigms/ management models, and public policy. In particular, he is interested in digital transformation and the sustainability of societies. 

They are both co-leaders of the Leeds University Business School System-level Sustainability (LESS) research group
