In this episode, Krsto Pandza and Tony Morgan discuss the strategic challenges of balancing innovation in core business whilst also developing new opportunities for the future. His research interests lie at the intersection of strategy, technology innovation and organizational theory. Tony Morgan is Associate Professor in Innovation Management Practice. He previously worked at IBM for 20 years, where his roles included Global Technology Services Chief Innovation Officer for the UK & Ireland, Value Creation Centre Innovation Leader and Client Chief Architect.
